As some of you may have noticed, the site has been down over the weekend. The elves (that’s me) have been working very hard on installing a new template.
The reason for the change is to:
- make the site mobile responsive. So now all of you who browse on your mobile devices should have a much better experience. (Let me know if it’s not working.)
- Make the site easier to navigate – more on this coming soon
- Update the look.
A new feature is the Beta Launchpad in the sidebar. The idea is to make this available for startups who want to sign up Beta users. I figure the readers of this site are probably early adopters and would also be interested in supporting other startups. Let me know if you would like to make use of this.
I would love your feedback on the site in the comments – please let me know what you like, if anything isn’t working for you and if you have any other ideas for me.
Well I can certainly say the mobile browsing is fast, clean and simple… I like it!

New mobile web works superb. It is quick regardless of what carrier you with.
With the template/outlay, I would have expect twitter and Facebook icon after the article but than again it is my personal thinking. It could be either ways.
Beta launch pad is the new growing tactic to capture more audience. I like it!!

It looks great – did you do it yourself (the design, that is). Not much I can criticize at the moment, but a really great looking design overall. Great work! 🙂
Hi Joe, I used the Genesis framework and one of their themes, so I didn’t do the design myself just the installation. My talented friend Rebecca Adamczewski designed the header.
I looked at this on both my phone and iPad and the mobile function is working really well. I love the start up tips! Keep them coming
